Introducing Peter Gordon

Peter Gordon is famous for his unique Fusion cooking style which focuses on the best quality and tastiest ingredients, no matter where they originate from. Peter happily mixes flavours from Asia through to the Middle East, the Mediterranean and Europe, along with his native New Zealand. Peter's sole aim is to create delicious and intoxicating dishes and his highly successful restaurants bear testament to his vision.

Peter is co-owner and executive chef at The Providores and Tapa Room on London's Marylebone High Street. He is also consultant chef to restaurants in New Zealand and Istanbul. In the 2010 New Zealand New Years Honours Lists, Peter was awarded an ONZM for his contribution to food - which he was thrilled about.

Peter is also the author of five best selling cookbooks and is currently writing another. Recently he has written articles for the Financial Times, Delicious magazine and Conde Nast Traveller, as well as having written a monthly recipe column for New Zealand House and Garden for the past 12 years. Peter also regularly appears on British Television cookery shows, notably Market Kitchen.
